1. Why Your Sensitivity Should Follow You Between Games

Muscle memory is built in centimeters, not in menu numbers. When you switch from CS2 to Valorant, a raw sensitivity number means almost nothing — each game engine converts mouse movement to rotation with a different internal factor, so the same number feels completely different.

A sensitivity converter fixes this by translating your current setup into the equivalent setting for every supported game. The result is the same physical distance on your mouse pad for a 360-degree turn — which is exactly what your muscle memory expects.

💡 The math: equivalent sensitivity = source sens × (source game yaw ÷ target game yaw). The tool does this automatically for CS2 (0.022), Valorant (0.07), Apex (0.022), Overwatch 2 (0.0066), PUBG (0.0066), Fortnite (0.5555) and Warzone (0.0066).

2. How to Convert Your Sensitivity in Three Steps

Open the Game Sensitivity Converter and fill in your current setup. The table below updates live, so you never have to press a calculate button:

  1. Choose the game you currently play from the Source Game dropdown, for example CS2.
  2. Type your in-game Sensitivity value (the number from your game settings).
  3. Enter your Mouse DPI. Your cm/360 is calculated automatically so you can verify the result.
  4. Read the Equivalent Sensitivity in Other Games column and copy the value for the game you are moving to.
  5. Apply it in the target game, then use Copy All to save the whole table or Reset to start over.
📌 Note: if you enter a value that is not a positive number, the tool shows a friendly message and waits for a valid input, so the table is never polluted by bad data.

3. Understanding cm/360 and DPI

cm/360 means the centimeters of mouse movement needed to turn exactly 360 degrees in-game. It is the single best way to compare setups across games, because it measures the physical result instead of a menu number.

  • Lower cm/360 = faster turning: the same flick covers more degrees with less arm movement.
  • Higher cm/360 = slower, more precise aim, common in tactical shooters.
  • DPI alone does not decide feel: DPI × sensitivity both feed into cm/360.
  • Changing DPI does not change the converted sensitivity value in the table — it only changes cm/360.

4. Supported Games at a Glance

The tool currently supports the seven most popular competitive shooters: CS2, Valorant, Apex Legends, Overwatch 2, PUBG, Fortnite and Warzone. Every game appears in the results table, so one entry gives you every conversion at once.

5. FAQ

Is a higher DPI with lower sensitivity the same as a lower DPI with higher sensitivity?

Roughly, yes — if the resulting cm/360 is the same, the physical feel is nearly identical. Subtle differences can come from sensor behavior at very high DPI, so most pros keep DPI between 400 and 1600 and adjust sensitivity.

Should I copy the value exactly, including decimals?

Yes. Many games let you type several decimal places. Copying the exact value keeps the feel as close as possible; rounding to one decimal can already shift your cm/360 by a noticeable margin.

Why is Fortnite's number so different?

Fortnite uses a different yaw value (0.5555) than most shooters. That is exactly why a converter is needed — the game stores the same physical sensitivity as a much larger or smaller number depending on its engine.
